We have our own panel team member of Architect & Interior Designer who develops the property and we work together to develop the property and handed over to the owner by the deadline.

Architects work with the building construction industry designing the buildings, restoring and conserving old buildings and developing new ways of using existing buildings.We are involved in construction projects from the earliest stages right through to completion. Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients. Our Architect provides predesign figures such as an environmental impact or feasibility study, cost analysis and land uses maximum, building style, safety and sustainability. Our team work with both government agencies and private clients.

Interior designers make interior spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, Such as:

  • Design plan including plumbing & electric layout.
  • Specify material and furnishing, such as lighting, furniture, and wall finishes flooring,
  • We create a time line for interiors design project and estimate project cost
  • We place the orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
  • We visit regular bases to the projects.
